Refund Process for Box 70

Hi,

First of all, thank you for your patience. While it is unfortunate that the items ordered were not able to arrive on our PH Address due to negligence by the previous shipping company, we will ensure that you will be receiving an item or in monetary form from us.

To give more context, we used Lawin Cargo and we found out that it was listed on BOC with abandoned shipments (https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1AbyyhpZsU/). Meaning, the forwarder decided not to be accountable on the containers that were on hold for any reasons. For the past few months, we've been reaching out directly to Bureau of Customs. However, we were not able to receive viable information how we can get our own box. Hence, we decided to proceed with the refund.
