Information on Box 70

Hi,

First of all, I would like to apologize as I was not able to provide enough updates on this matter but rest assured that I'm working on this in the background and responsive every time an update is being asked thru e-mail/DM.

This e-mail would like to address the following:
  • Forwarder for Box 70
  • Shipment details
  • Current Status
  • Next Action Plan

Forwarder for Box 70:
  • We have received DMs asking the forwarder for Box 70 since there is a post circulating about Cargo Plus (Thai forwarder) being a scam. The forwarder we used was Lawin Cargo.

Shipment Details:
  • Box 70 is under Container Van No. GLDU5715158, covered by Bill of Lading No. MEDUEX291978 and docketed under Seizure Identification No. 2024-003 and 2024-003-A. You can directly verify this on Bureau of Customs via e-mail or call with the details stated on this page -- https://customs.gov.ph/contact-us/

Current Status:
  • While we used Lawin Cargo, recently we found out that it was listed on BOC with abandoned shipments (https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1AbyyhpZsU/). Meaning, the forwarder decided not to be accountable on the containers that were on hold for any reasons

Next Action Plan:
  • We already sent an e-mail directly to BOC last May 1, 2025 asking for the process of how we can claim our personal box. As of this writing, we haven't received any response on their end. We also tried calling their hotline but were also advised to send an e-mail instead. We will be sending another follow-up to them by May 6, 2025 in case our concern has not been addressed
  • While we cannot give you an ETA of the box, or if it will even be released considering the situation, we have decided to provide refunds starting August 2025. In between, we will be doing our best effort to continuously follow-up with BOC on the process of the release and update this page weekly with the status (https://greenheartph.com/pages/mass-updates)

I do understand that it is frustrating given the situation but this is not under our control. However, we'll be accountable until the end and ensure you'll be receiving either the item itself or in monetary form.
