Am I required to create an account before I can order?

Yes! Creating an account allows you to track the status of your order and update your shipping address. It will also reduce the time to enter your personal details during ordering and will ensure that you will receive the order confirmation via e-mail.

How can I create an account?

1. Go to and click on Create an account on the upper right part of the page
2. Supply your First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address and Password. Once done, click on Create button.
3. Once done, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your account has been successfully created


How can I place an order?

1. After you created an account, browse for your desired item and Click Add to Cart. Take note of the Deadline of Payment.
2. Open your cart and review the items you want to order. You may also add a message for us. Click on Checkout when you're done.

3. Enter your contact details and shipping information. Please enter complete and accurate information to avoid delays with communication and shipping.

4. Click on Continue to shipping when you're done.

5. Select your preferred local shipping method. The local shipping fee will be paid SEPARATELY.

NOTE: We may offer a different shipping method for very special cases only (very large package, area is not serviceable, etc.)

6. Click on Continue to payment when you're done.

7. Select your preferred payment method. Payment details and instructions will be sent with the order confirmation email after you checkout.

8. Click on Complete order when you're done.

9. You will receive the order confirmation automatically after you checkout. The payment details and instructions, and your order summary are in this email.

NOTE: If you do not receive an order confirmation email within an hour, please send us a message so we can resend it.

10. Pay the amount due before the Deadline of Payment and save the proof of payment. We will not send a reminder for your pending orders. Your order will automatically be cancelled if you fail to pay by the deadline.

11. Always submit an Order Payment Form after making payments. NO ORDER PAYMENT FORM = UNPAID.

12. You will receive the following emails as your order progresses:

  • Payment Confirmation: Sent after we verify your Payment Form.
  • Mass Updates: Sent every two weeks regarding the status of the item (Secured, At Thai Address and In-Transit)
  • Shipment Notice: Sent when your order is scheduled for delivery to your address.

I like to checkout two or more items from different Group Orders. Is that okay?

Yes! As long as the items are available for ordering, you may shop 'til you drop ;)

After checkout, what’s next?

A confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically. This includes the invoice, mode of payment details and payment form.


What are the available payment methods?

BPI, BDO, Unionbank, Gcash Express Send, Paymaya, and Paypal

How do I pay for my order?

Payment instructions will be sent to you via email after you checkout.

I did not receive an Order Confirmation email. Where should I send my payment?

Please send us a message so we can resend the Order Confirmation email.

Can I change my Mode of Payment?

Yes. You may only choose from our accepted payment channels. Please send us a message so we can discuss.

When is my Deadline of Payment?

Each product has its own Deadline of Payment indicated in the product description. Different items may have different deadlines so make sure that you take note of them.

Can I pay beyond the Deadline of Payment?

No. Your order will be automatically cancelled if you do not pay on or before the deadline.

I have multiple items in my order that have different Deadlines of Payment. Which one should I follow?

Follow the one with the EARLIEST deadline. If you fail to pay for an item with an earlier deadline, the whole order will be automatically cancelled.

Can I pay in installments?

Installments can only be done for orders with multiple items with different deadlines. You must pay for the full cost of each item on or before its deadline.

I already paid for my order. How can I send the proof of payment?

Upload the proof of payment on the payment form. Link can bee seen on the confirmation e-mail sent.

How will I know if you already received my payment?

After we reviewed the details you provided on Payment Form, you will receive a Payment Confirmation e-mail. Another way is to also check your Order History with Paid as payment status.

Will my downpayment be refunded if I cannot settle my balance?

No. Downpayment is not refundable.


What are the available delivery couriers?

Same day delivery (Lalamove, Grab & Mr. Speedy), Gogo Express (Shipping fee to be paid upon delivery plus Php 50 service charge) and J&T via Shopee Checkout.

How would I know how much do I need to pay for LSF?

For Gogo Express, you may refer to their site for the rates + Php 50 service charge. For J&T Express (via shopee checkout), this is being calculated upon checkout.
NOTE: The service charge will cover the cost for packing materials and labor of the packer.

Do you accept combined shipping?

Yes! As long as your orders are on the same shipment from Thailand to Philippines.

When can I send the payment for LSF?

LSF is either Cash on Delivery, Shopee Checkout or Same Day Delivery. GHPH is not collecting LSF anymore before we ship your items as we would like to expedite the shipment.

When is the estimated time of arrival of my order?

Normal ETA after shipping out from Thailand is 4-6 weeks. Delays may occur during holidays, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that we don't have control over events that may occur before the items arrive at our PH address.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes. Prior on packing and shipping your items, we send combined shipping form which serves our final list of items to be packed. Please ensure to fill-out once we send one via e-mail.


Do you accept pasabuy?

Yes! Please send us a DM with the image/link where we can purchase the item to give you a quotation.

Will a masterlist be still available?

For regular GOs, masterlist will not be available. One goal of the site is to ensure privacy. For pasabuys/requests items, we use this sheet.

How will I know the status of my orders if there is no masterlist?

On your account, you may visit the Order History to check all your orders. If the item is set to Secured, it means that the item has been ordered and waiting to be delivered my international address.
