    By initiating any transaction with Green Heart PH, you agree to be bound by our Terms of ServicePrivacy Policy, and Refund Policy, and the policies set herein.

     

    ORDERING POLICIES

    • Placing an order means that you have read and understood each product's description and estimated time of arrival (ETA).
    • It is your responsibility to fill out the forms completely and accurately, and to ensure that the ordered items and its variations, if any, are correct. We shall not be responsible for issues to encountered due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
    • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us for any reason at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, phone number, and/or social media account provided at the time the order was made.

     

    PAYMENT POLICIES

    • You must pay the full amount of each of your order's items and submit a valid proof of payment on or before each of the items' Payment Deadline. We reserve the right to cancel your order for failing to pay the full amount due and/or failing to provide a valid proof of payment by the DOP.
    • A Proof of Payment (POP) shall be considered valid if it shows the following correct information: time and date of transaction, amount paid, receipt/reference number.
    • Please send payments only to our accepted modes of payment. We shall not be responsible for any transactions done outside our official accounts.
    • We verify all payments made. We reserve the right to refuse any future transactions with you if you are proven to have provided a fake POP.

     

    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES

    • Local Shipping Fees (LSF) will vary depending on the size and weight of the package. The LSF shall be paid by you. For orders with LSF that are not Cash-on-Delivery (COD), we shall not ship out your package if the LSF is unpaid.
    • We shall only keep your items for up to 15 days after we notify you that your order has arrived at our PH address and is ready for delivery. After that, the items shall be marked as “Abandoned” and will be re-opened for selling. You shall no longer be able to request for the shipment of “Abandoned” items. We shall not issue refunds or exchanges for “Abandoned” items.
    • We shall ensure that all items shipped out from our PH address are in good condition and are packed securely. However, we shall not be held responsible for items lost or damaged due to courier mishandling.

     

    CANCELLATION POLICIES

    • STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDER/S. Bogus buyers/Joy reservers will be posted and banned from future GOs.
    • Your order shall be automatically cancelled if you fail to pay by the DOP, and the items ordered shall be sold again for other customers. 
    • Any down-payments made shall be non-refundable if your item is automatically cancelled due to failing to pay the full amount due.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any future transactions with you if you still have outstanding balances from previous transactions. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer name, the same payment details, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
    • If your order has been cancelled due to item fulfillment issues and payment has been made, you shall be fully refunded of the amount you paid for the cancelled items.

     

    PRIVACY POLICIES

    • We shall collect your personal information (such as name, contact number, social media accounts, and shipping address) for the sole purpose of monitoring and delivering your orders. Rest assured that your personal information shall remain confidential. Please note that we have to provide your personal information to the courier who will handle your package. We will not provide your personal information to any other third-party without your explicit consent.
